To insure we are providing the highest quality of care for the injured worker, workers’ compensation companies as well as the employers, Clara is the liaison between physicians, insurance companies, case managers, employers, and patients. Clara has 26 years experience in the healthcare community and 9 years experience with workers’ compensation cases. She shows enthusiasm, energy and passion for her patients. Our goal is to have a single contact person to streamline the workers’ compensation referral process. Clara fills this role for both the Cary and North Raleigh offices of Carolina Back Institute as well as coordinates the Prevail Pain Program.
